Welcome to Arthur Grant!
Founded in 2008 as Ready Resumes, Arthur Grant Coaching & Consulting, LLC has certainly evolved. As my understanding of the world of work expanded, I continued to refine our offerings to reflect the needs of the workforce. As a trained therapist and an experienced equity strategist, my commitment to those in the workplace grows stronger each year.
It's been reported that the average person will spend 90,000 hours, or 1/3 of their life at work! Can you imagine committing a third of your life to a place and space that does not serve you? Unfortunately, that is a reality many face. At Arthur Grant, we partner to understand your challenges, enhance your perspective, and develop practical strategies to move you toward your goals. I can't promise you the people at work will change, but if you apply the learning, you will. And that's all that matters.
